Abstract
A method for forming a large-area perovskite thin film is disclosed. The method makes it possible to produce a uniform, large-area perovskite thin film without using an anti-solvent. And, also disclosed are a coating agent used in the method and a perovskite solar cell including the perovskite thin film as a light absorption layer.

A coating agent for forming a large-area perovskite thin film, comprising a perovskite compound represented by Chemical Formula 1 below,
- wherein the coating agent comprises a perovskite precursor, a crystallinity enhancer, a Lewis base and a solvent:
- wherein in Chemical Formula 1, A is formamidinium (FA), ethylamine (EA), guanidinium (GA) or ethylenediamine (EDA), A′ is Cs+, Na+, K+, NH4+ or Rb+, B is Pb2+, Sn2+, Pd2+, Cu2+, Ge2+, Sr2+, Cd2+, Ca2+, Ni2+, Mn2+, Fe2+, Co2+, Sn2+, Yb2+ or Eu2+, X and X′ are each independently Cl−, Br− or I−, and m and n are rational numbers satisfying 0.7≤m≤0.9 and 0.1≤n≤0.3.
