Abstract
A semiconductor device includes a first substrate having an element region where a functional element is disposed, a light-transmissive substrate overlapping at least a portion of the element region when the first substrate is viewed in plan view, and a second substrate having an operating circuit for the functional element. The first substrate and the light-transmissive substrate are bonded to each other, the second substrate is disposed on a side opposite to the first substrate side with respect to the light-transmissive substrate, and the first substrate and the second substrate are electrically connected via wiring formed in the light-transmissive substrate.
Claims21
A semiconductor device comprising:
- a first substrate having an element region where a functional element is disposed;
- a light-transmissive substrate overlapping at least a portion of the element region when the first substrate is viewed in plan view;
- and
- a second substrate having an operating circuit for the functional element,
- wherein the first substrate and the light-transmissive substrate are bonded to each other,
- wherein the second substrate is disposed on a side opposite to the first substrate side with respect to the light-transmissive substrate, and
- wherein the first substrate and the second substrate are electrically connected via wiring formed in the light-transmissive substrate.
