Display panel including extended inorganic film in bezel region

A display panel comprising:

• a substrate including a display area and a non-display area, wherein the substrate is configured to be folded along a plurality of folding lines;
• a circuit layer disposed on the substrate, wherein the circuit layer includes a plurality of gate lines on the display panel, and wherein the plurality of gate lines are parallel to at least one of the plurality of folding lines;
• a light-emitting element layer disposed on the circuit layer;
• an encapsulation layer including at least one inorganic film, the encapsulation layer covering the light-emitting element layer;
• and
• a touch sensor layer disposed on the encapsulation layer,
• wherein the touch sensor layer includes a plurality of conductor patterns and a first organic film covering the plurality of conductor patterns, and
• wherein the first organic film covers at least a portion of the at least one inorganic film.

A display panel comprising:

• a substrate including a display area and a non-display area, wherein the substrate is configured to be folded along one or more folding lines;
• a circuit layer disposed on the substrate, wherein the circuit layer includes a plurality of gate lines on the display panel;
• a light-emitting element layer disposed on the circuit layer;
• an encapsulation layer including at least one inorganic film, the encapsulation layer covering the light-emitting element layer;
• and
• a touch sensor layer disposed on the encapsulation layer,
• wherein the touch sensor layer includes a plurality of conductor patterns and a first organic film covering the plurality of conductor patterns, and
• wherein the first organic film covers at least a portion of the at least one inorganic film,
• wherein the display panel includes a pair of long sides and a pair of short sides, and
• wherein the one or more folding lines are parallel to a direction of the pair of short sides.
