Manufacturing method of display device

A method for manufacturing an electronic device comprising a display device, the method comprising:

• forming a first electrode on a first substrate;
• forming a reflective partition wall on the first substrate;
• forming a conductive bonding pattern on the first electrode;
• arranging a second substrate, on which a light emitting element is arranged, on the conductive bonding pattern, wherein the light emitting element comprises a contact electrode arranged on one surface, and wherein an adhesive layer is on one surface of the second substrate;
• and
• bonding the light emitting element using the conductive bonding pattern by irradiating the adhesive layer with a laser beam by a laser irradiator and pressing the light emitting element with the conductive bonding pattern by pressing a pressing member in a direction in which the conductive bonding pattern is arranged on the second substrate,
• wherein a height of the reflective partition wall is based on a height of the light emitting element, a depth at which the light emitting element is embedded in the conductive bonding pattern, a depth at which the light emitting element is embedded in the adhesive layer of the second substrate, a height of the first electrode, and a height of the conductive bonding pattern.
