Abstract

A light-emitting device includes a substrate, a semiconductor element, at least one light-emitting element, a reflective cover, a first barrier wall and at least one bonding wire. The substrate has a first surface, and the first surface has a first chip bonding area and a second chip bonding area. The semiconductor chip is disposed on the first chip bonding area. The light-emitting element is disposed in the second chip bonding area. The reflective cover covers the semiconductor chip. The first barrier wall is disposed between the semiconductor element and the light-emitting element. The bonding wire is electrically connected to the semiconductor element and the light emitting element. The height of the reflective cover is greater than the height of the first barrier wall, and the height of the first barrier wall is greater than the height of the light-emitting element.
