Display panel and manufacturing method thereof

A manufacturing method of a display panel, comprising:

• forming a plurality of first packages, wherein each of the first packages comprises:
• a first display module;
• a first optical film disposed on the first display module, wherein the first optical film comprises a first sub-layer and a second sub-layer, the second sub-layer is on the first sub-layer;
• a first optical adhesive disposed along the edge of the first optical film, wherein the first optical adhesive at the edge of the first optical film covers an upper surface of the first optical film and a sidewall of the first optical film, the first optical adhesive is in contact with an upper surface of the first sub-layer of the first optical film and an upper edge of the sidewall of the first optical film, and the first optical film has a defect zone at the edge, and in the defect zone, a portion of a plurality of microstructures of the first sub-layer is exposed from the second sub-layer;
• and
• tiling the first packages together.
