There is provided a display device. The display device includes an optical structure disposed to increase the amount of light emitted from a light-emitting diode; and a bank coupled with the optical structure.
Claims29
A display device, comprising:
- an adhesive layer on a substrate;
- a thin-film transistor on the substrate;
- a reflective layer between the adhesive layer and the substrate;
- a light emitting diode disposed on the adhesive layer;
- a first planarization layer surrounding and contacting at least a side portion of the light-emitting diode;
- and
- a bank disposed on the first planarization layer.
