Abstract
A detection device including a substrate, a switch element, a photoelectric element and a conductive line. The switch element is disposed on the substrate and comprises a gate, a source, and a drain. The photoelectric element is disposed on the substrate and is coupled to the switch element, wherein the photoelectric element comprises a semiconductor comprising a compound semiconductor formed from at least one IIIA group element and at least one VA group element. The conductive line is disposed on the substrate and is coupled to the photoelectric element, wherein, in a cross-sectional view of the detection device, the conductive line overlaps a spacing between the source and the drain, and a width of the conductive line is greater than a width of the gate.
