Abstract
A semiconductor device includes a first well and a second well. The first well is configured to operate as a back gate terminal of a first transistor. The second well is separated from the first well, and is configured to operate as a back gate terminal of a second transistor. Each of a first source/drain terminal of the second transistor, and a first source/drain terminal of the first transistor and the back gate terminal of the first transistor are coupled to each other.
Claims20
A semiconductor device, comprising:
- a first well configured to operate as a back gate terminal of a first transistor;
- and
- a second well separated from the first well, and configured to operate as a back gate terminal of a second transistor,
- wherein each of a first source/drain terminal of the second transistor, and a first source/drain terminal of the first transistor and the back gate terminal of the first transistor are coupled to each other.

A semiconductor device, comprising:
- a first transistor, a first source/drain terminal of the first transistor having a first voltage level, and a second source/drain terminal of the first transistor having a second voltage level and coupled to a back gate terminal of the first transistor;
- and
- a second transistor, a first source/drain terminal of the second transistor coupled to a back gate terminal of the first transistor, and a second source/drain terminal of the first transistor having a third voltage level and coupled to a back gate terminal of the second transistor,
- wherein the second voltage level is between the first voltage level and the third voltage level.
