Structure and method to provide capacitive junction with contact bars of different depths

A structure comprising:

• an insulative component on a substrate and having an upper surface;
• a conductive component on the substrate and having an upper surface below the upper surface of the insulative component;
• a first capacitor electrode including a first contact bar extending a first depth through an insulator layer from a lower surface of a first wire in a metal wiring layer to the upper surface of the insulative component on a substrate;
• and
• a second capacitor electrode including a second contact bar parallel to the first contact bar, the second contact bar extending a second depth from a lower surface of a second wire in the metal wiring layer to the upper surface of the conductive component on the substrate, wherein the first depth and the second depth are different.
