Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a cooking appliance and, for example, to a cooking appliance in which a display area is formed on a glass-ceramic substrate. The present disclosure relates to a cooking appliance having a display area, the cooking appliance comprising: a light source which is located in the display area and emits light defined by first coordinates on a CIE chromaticity diagram; and a glass-ceramic substrate which transmits the light emitted from the light source, thereby emitting light defined by second coordinates on the CIE chromaticity diagram, wherein the second coordinates may be located in the white region on the CIE chromaticity diagram.
Claims16
A cooking appliance having a display area, the cooking appliance comprising:
- a light source positioned within the display area and configured to emit light defined by a first coordinate on a CIE chromaticity diagram;
- and
- a glass-ceramic substrate constructed to transmit light emitted from the light source therethrough and emit light defined by a second coordinate on the CIE chromaticity diagram,
- wherein the second coordinate is positioned within a white color area on the CIE chromaticity diagram.
