Abstract
A method for receiving a signal, includes: receiving indication signaling sent by a network device, wherein the indication signaling is configured to determine a first spatial element pattern activated by the network device; determining a first port that is active in the first spatial element pattern; determining, based on a mapping relationship between different ports and different Resource Elements (REs), a first RE corresponding to each first port; and receiving, on each first RE, a downlink signal sent by the network device through a corresponding first port.

A method for receiving a signal, comprising:
- receiving indication signaling sent by a network device, wherein the indication signaling is configured to determine a first spatial element pattern activated by the network device;
- determining a first port that is active in the first spatial element pattern;
- determining, based on a mapping relationship between different ports and different Resource Elements (REs), a first RE corresponding to each first port;
- and
- receiving, on each first RE, a downlink signal sent by the network device through a corresponding first port.

A method for sending a signal, comprising:
- determining a first spatial element pattern that is activated;
- sending indication signaling to a terminal, wherein the indication signaling is configured to determine the first spatial element pattern activated by a network device;
- determining, based on a mapping relationship between different ports and different Resource Elements (REs), a first RE corresponding to each first port, wherein the first port is a port that is active in the first spatial element pattern;
- and
- sending, on each first RE, a downlink signal to the terminal through a corresponding first port.

- a processor;

- a memory configured to store processor-executable instructions;
- wherein the processor is configured to:
- receive indication signaling sent by a network device, wherein the indication signaling is configured to determine a first spatial element pattern activated by the network device;
- determine a first port that is active in the first spatial element pattern;
- determine, based on a mapping relationship between different ports and different Resource Elements (REs), a first RE corresponding to each first port;
- and
- receive, on each first RE, a downlink signal sent by the network device through a corresponding first port.
