Abstract
An imaging device according to the present disclosure includes a solid-state imaging element, an optical modulation element, and a first light shielding member. The solid-state imaging element has an effective area in which a plurality of pixels are located in a matrix. The optical modulation element is located on a light incident side of the effective area and modulates incident light. The first light shielding member is located flush with the optical modulation element so as to surround the periphery of the optical modulation element in plan view.
Claims19
An imaging device, comprising:
- a solid-state imaging element having an effective area in which a plurality of pixels are located in a matrix;
- an optical modulation element located on a light incident side of the effective area and configured to modulate incident light;
- and
- a first light shielding member located flush with the optical modulation element to surround a periphery of the optical modulation element in plan view.
An imaging device, comprising:
- a solid-state imaging element having an effective area in which a plurality of pixels are located in a matrix;
- a window member located on a light incident side of the effective area and having a first main surface facing the effective area and a second main surface located on an opposite side of the first main surface;
- an optical modulation element located on the first main surface of the window member and configured to modulate incident light;
- and
- a second light shielding member located on the second main surface of the window member and including an opening portion on a light incident side of the optical modulation element.
