Method and device for providing private chat service

A method for providing a private chat service by relaying messages between an artist terminal and a plurality of fan terminals via a private chat service relay server, the method comprising:

• displaying, on the artist terminal, a message input area and a message display area in association with the private chat service;
• generating a review request message display area;
• displaying an artist message in the review request message display area in response to the artist message being input using the message input area;
• transferring the artist message to a determined reviewer terminal;
• converting the artist message into a private message;
• transferring the private message to a fan terminal among the plurality of fan terminals in response to the reviewer terminal approving sending of the artist message;
• and
• moving the artist message displayed in the review request message display area to being displayed in the message display area in response to the artist message being transferred to the fan terminal,
• wherein the private message is a message in which a word or keyword of the artist messages converted according to a reception entity.

A device for providing a private chat service by relaying messages between an artist terminal and a plurality of fan terminals via a private chat service relay server, the device comprising:

• a communication module that transmits and receives information among the artist terminal, a reviewer terminal, the fan terminal, and the private chat service relay server;
• a memory that stores a private chat service program;
• a direct message (DM)-specific database that stores the messages on an artist-by-artist basis;
• a plurality of individual databases respectively allocated to users of the private chat service and that respectively stores the messages for the users;
• and
• a processor that executes the private chat service program stored in the memory, wherein
• in response to execution of the private chat service program, the processor is configured to:
• receive an artist message for transmission from the artist terminal to a fan terminal among the plurality of fan terminals;
• transfer the artist message to a determined reviewer terminal;
• wait to send the artist message to the fan terminal until the reviewer terminal approves the sending of the artist message;
• store the artist message in the private chat service relay server in response to the reviewer terminal approving the sending of the artist message;
• convert the artist message stored in the private chat service relay server into a private message;
• and
• transfer the private message to the fan terminal, and
• the private message is a message in which a word or keyword of the artist messages is converted according to a reception entity.
