Systems and methods for enhancing lawful interception with machine learning analytics

A device, comprising:

• one or more processors configured to:
• provide, to a network device, an indication that the device is capable of processing network data analytics function (NWDAF) analytics data associated with a user equipment (UE);
• receive, from the network device, the NWDAF analytics data based on the indication;
• encrypt the NWDAF analytics data;
• store the NWDAF analytics data;
• receive, from a law enforcement agency (LEA), a lawful interception request for the UE;
• receive interception data for the UE based on the lawful interception request;
• and
• provide the interception data and the NWDAF analytics data to the LEA based on the lawful interception request.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing a set of instructions, the set of instructions comprising:

• one or more instructions that, when executed by one or more processors of a device, cause the device to:
• provide, to a network device, an indication that the device is capable of processing network data analytics function (NWDAF) analytics data associated with a user equipment (UE);
• receive, from the network device, the NWDAF analytics data based on the indication;
• store the NWDAF analytics data;
• receive, from a law enforcement agency (LEA), a lawful interception request for the UE;
• receive interception data for the UE based on the lawful interception request;
• provide the interception data and the NWDAF analytics data to the LEA based on the lawful interception request;
• and
• delete the interception data and the NWDAF analytics data after providing the interception data and the NWDAF analytics data to the LEA.
