Piezoelectric Vibration Device

A piezoelectric vibration device comprising:

• a substrate;
• a piezoelectric vibrator and an electronic component mounted to one main surface of the substrate;
• and
• a sealing resin molded on the one main surface side of the substrate so as to cover the piezoelectric vibrator and the electronic component;
• wherein
• on an outer bottom surface of the piezoelectric vibrator, a plurality of external connection terminals are formed in a peripheral portion of the outer bottom surface,
• on the one main surface of the substrate, a plurality of piezoelectric vibrator mounting pads respectively corresponding to the plurality of external connection terminals are formed,
• each of the plurality of external connection terminals is joined via solder to a corresponding piezoelectric vibrator mounting pad among the plurality of piezoelectric vibrator mounting pads, and
• in plan view, sides constituting outer lateral faces of the sealing resin respectively oppose sides constituting lateral faces of the piezoelectric vibrator, and a shortest distance among the distances between the opposing sides of the outer lateral faces of the sealing resin and the lateral faces of the piezoelectric vibrator is 7.8% or more of a dimension of the sealing resin in a length direction of the shortest distance.
