A terminal having a tubular shape, the terminal includes: a plurality of contact portions protruding toward a mating terminal on a tubular surface of the terminal to face the mating terminal The plurality of contact portions are elastically deformable in a protruding direction toward the mating terminal, and include a first contact portion and a second contact portion disposed at different positions in a cylinder axis direction of the terminal.

A terminal having a tubular shape, the terminal comprising:
- a plurality of contact portions protruding toward a mating terminal on a tubular surface of the terminal to face the mating terminal, wherein
- the plurality of contact portions are elastically deformable in a protruding direction toward the mating terminal, and include a first contact portion and a second contact portion disposed at different positions in a cylinder axis direction of the terminal.
