Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an electrode-integrated separator for lithium secondary batteries. According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing an electrode-integrated separator is provided, which can minimize defects such as pinholes while exhibiting excellent interlayer bonding durability.
Claims10
A method for manufacturing an electrode-integrated separator for a lithium secondary battery, comprising:
- a step of forming a binder coating layer by applying a binder solution containing a first polymer binder on an electrode substrate;
- and
- a step of forming a porous layer by applying a slurry containing a second polymer binder and inorganic fine particles on the binder coating layer;
- wherein the binder solution has a viscosity of 1000 cP to 9500 cP at 25° C.
