Abstract

The present application provides a battery apparatus and an electrical apparatus. The battery apparatus includes a box, a battery cell and a protective plate, the battery cell is accommodated in the box, the protective plate is connected to the box, the protective plate includes a first fiber resin layer and a reinforcement plate, the first fiber resin layer is arranged on at least one side of the reinforcement plate along the thickness direction, the elongation after fracture e1 of the reinforcement plate is ≥28%, and the strain hardening exponent N of the reinforcement plate is ≥0.27. With the battery apparatus provided in the present application, the risk of deformation of the protective plate can be reduced, while the risk of fracture of the protective plate can also be reduced.
