Abstract
A solid-state battery includes a negative electrode including a negative electrode active material including an Si element or an Sn element and a solid electrolyte, in which the negative electrode active material includes composite particles including a plurality of particles, and a contact length between the negative electrode active material and the solid electrolyte in a 20 μm×25 μm cross-sectional image of the negative electrode is 600 μm or more and 1600 μm or less.

A solid-state battery comprising a negative electrode including a negative electrode active material including an Si element or an Sn element and a solid electrolyte, wherein:
- the negative electrode active material includes composite particles including a plurality of particles;
- and
- a contact length between the negative electrode active material and the solid electrolyte in a 20 μm×25 μm cross-sectional image of the negative electrode is 600 μm or more and 1600 μm or less.
