Abstract
An electrical apparatus including a coil, at least one composition including at least one dielectric fluid, preferably a dielectric liquid, and at least one material in gelled form, which are arranged inside the cavity of a housing, and wherein the ratio between the maximum volume occupied by the material in gelled form and the total volume of the cavity is less than 50%. Also, the use of a material in gelled form to prevent and/or minimize leaks of a composition including at least one dielectric fluid within an electrical apparatus, in particular a transformer or a capacitor.

An electrical apparatus comprising:
- a housing provided with a cavity,
- a coil and at least one composition comprising at least one dielectric fluid, which are arranged inside the cavity;
- a material in gelled form, arranged inside the cavity, occupying a maximum volume of less than 50% of the total volume of the cavity.
