Abstract
A system includes a processor that is configured to use a prompt to instruct a generative artificial intelligence model to generate one or more questions for checking a health condition of an elderly user, present the generated one or more questions to the elderly user by voice or text and collect one or more answers from the elderly user, and record the collected one or more answers in a database and analyze the recorded answers using data processing techniques.

A system comprising:
- circuitry configured to:
- generate, based on record data stored in a storage device, instruction data for a generative model, the instruction data directing the generative model to produce one or more data sequences adapted to a target entity based on context parameters derived from the record data;
- packetize the one or more data sequences and transmit the packetized data sequences to a terminal device via a communication interface coupled to a packet-switched network for output via at least one of an audio codec or a display controller of the terminal device;
- receive, via the communication interface, response data packets from the terminal device;
- apply natural language processing to content of the response data packets to extract structured attribute data and store the structured attribute data in the storage device indexed by timestamp values;
- execute, on a plurality of stored structured attribute data entries, a computation comprising at least one of frequency analysis, temporal trend detection, or deviation computation relative to a reference data set, and generate a classification output based on the computation;
- and
- responsive to the classification output satisfying a threshold condition, construct and transmit a notification data packet to a registered network address via the communication interface.

A method performed by circuitry, the method comprising:
- generating, based on record data stored in a storage device, instruction data for a generative model, the instruction data directing the generative model to produce one or more data sequences adapted to a target entity based on context parameters derived from the record data;
- packetizing the one or more data sequences and transmitting the packetized data sequences to a terminal device via a communication interface coupled to a packet-switched network for output via at least one of an audio codec or a display controller of the terminal device;
- receiving, via the communication interface, response data packets from the terminal device;
- applying natural language processing to content of the response data packets to extract structured attribute data and storing the structured attribute data in the storage device indexed by timestamp values;
- executing, on a plurality of stored structured attribute data entries, a computation comprising at least one of frequency analysis, temporal trend detection, or deviation computation relative to a reference data set, and generating a classification output based on the computation;
- and
- responsive to the classification output satisfying a threshold condition, constructing and transmitting a notification data packet to a registered network address via the communication interface.
