Apparatuses and methods for the reset of per row activation count for rows disabled during soft post-package repair

A system comprising:

• a memory controller configured to:
• transmit a repair command and a repair undo command;
• start a timer responsive to transmitting the repair command;
• and
• block transmission of the repair undo command when the timer reaches a threshold amount of time;
• and
• a memory device coupled to the memory controller and configured to receive the repair command, wherein the memory device includes:
• a memory rank comprising a plurality of memory dies coupled to the memory controller and each memory die of the plurality of memory dies comprising:
• a memory array comprising a plurality of rows;
• a repair circuit configured to:
• perform a repair operation on the memory array based on the repair command;
• and
• perform a repair undo operation based on the repair undo command when the timer has not reached the threshold amount of time.

A method comprising:

• at a memory, receiving a repair command;
• entering a repair mode;
• performing a repair operation on an original row of the memory responsive to the repair command;
• starting a timer responsive to performing the repair operation;
• receiving a repair undo command;
• performing a repair undo operation on a repair row of the memory associated with the original row based on the repair undo command when the timer has not reached a threshold amount of time;
• blocking the repair undo operation if the timer reaches the threshold amount of time;
• and
• exiting the repair mode.
