An electronic apparatus includes: a first communication interface; a second communication interface configured to wirelessly communicate with a display device; at least one processor; and memory storing instructions, wherein the instructions, when executed by the at least one processor individually or collectively, cause the electronic apparatus to: identify a format of audio data received from the display device through the second communication interface based on a network state between the display device and the electronic apparatus, based on the format of the audio data received from the display device being different from a format for transmitting audio data to an audio output device, change the format of the audio data received from the display device, and transmit the audio data having the changed format to the audio output device through the first communication interface.
