Laminated acoustic baffles and methods of manufacturing laminated acoustic baffles

A laminated acoustic baffle, comprising:

• a first panel defining a front surface and an opposite, back surface, each extending between opposing top and bottom surfaces and opposing first and second end portions;
• a second panel defining a front surface and an opposite, back surface, each extending between opposing top and bottom surfaces and opposing first and second end portions;
• a support structure interposed between the bottom surface of the first panel and the top surface of the second panel, wherein the support structure extends between a first end portion and an opposite, second end portion;
• a first facing operably coupled to each of the front surface of the first panel and the front surface of the second panel;
• and
• a second facing operably coupled to each of the back surface of the first panel and the back surface of the second panel,
• wherein each of the first end portion and the second end portion of the support structure is exposed from each of the first panel, the second panel, the first facing, and the second facing.
