Abstract
There is provided a display including a substrate and a plurality of pixel units disposed on the substrate. Each of the plurality of pixel units includes a silicon semiconductor layer disposed above the substrate, an oxide semiconductor layer disposed above the silicon semiconductor layer, a pixel element disposed above the substrate and electrically connected to the silicon semiconductor layer, and a conductive structure electrically connecting the oxide semiconductor layer to the silicon semiconductor layer.

An electronic device comprising:
- a substrate;
- a silicon semiconductor layer disposed above the substrate;
- an oxide semiconductor layer disposed above the silicon semiconductor layer;
- a pixel element disposed above the substrate and electrically connected to the silicon semiconductor layer;
- and
- a conductive structure electrically connecting the oxide semiconductor layer to the silicon semiconductor layer.
