Display apparatus management method, display system, and information processing apparatus

A display apparatus management method comprising:

• storing, with a first information processing apparatus, at least one of first identification information and second identification information;
• connecting, with the first information processing apparatus, to a first display apparatus and a second display apparatus via a communication network;
• storing, with the first information processing apparatus, a first threshold that is a threshold of luminance of the first display apparatus;
• and
• presenting the second display apparatus as a candidate replacement display apparatus for the first display apparatus when the first information processing apparatus receives second notification information concerning a state of the first display apparatus and when luminance of the second display apparatus exceeds the first threshold, wherein
• the first identification information is identification information indicating the first display apparatus,
• the second identification information is identification information indicating a user of the first display apparatus, and
• the first threshold is correlated with the at least one of the first identification information and the second identification information.

A display system comprising:

• a first information processing apparatus configured to store at least one of first identification information and second identification information and use form information,
• the first information processing apparatus being connected to a first display apparatus via a communication network,
• the first identification information being identification information indicating the first display apparatus,
• the second identification information being identification information indicating a user of the first display apparatus,
• the use form information being correlated with the at least one of the first identification information and the second identification information,
• the use form information being information for limiting at least a part of a use form of a function of the first display apparatus,
• the first information processing apparatus transmitting the use form information to the first display apparatus based on at least one of the first identification information and the second identification information;
• and
• the first display apparatus configured to project a projection image based on the use form information.

An information processing apparatus,

• the information processing apparatus storing at least one of first identification information and second identification information,
• the information processing apparatus being connected to a first display apparatus and a second display apparatus via a communication network,
• the information processing apparatus storing a first threshold that is a threshold of luminance of the first display apparatus,
• the first identification information being identification information indicating the first display apparatus,
• the second identification information being identification information indicating a user of the first display apparatus,
• the first threshold being correlated with the at least one of the first identification information and the second identification information, wherein
• when the information processing apparatus receives second notification information concerning a state of the first display apparatus and when luminance of the second display apparatus exceeds the first threshold, the second display apparatus is presented as a candidate replacement display apparatus for the first display apparatus.
