• the computer guides a user, who wishes to use a parking lot having a plurality of parking frames available for parking a vehicle, to a parking frame identified from among the plurality of parking frames, and
• the parking lot management method comprises:
• acquiring destination information indicating a destination of the user;
• referring to a storage that stores parking frame information indicating an evaluation value of each parking frame for each destination, and identifying a guidance parking frame, which is a parking frame whose evaluation value corresponding to the destination of the user satisfies a predetermined condition, from among the plurality of parking frames based on the acquired destination information;
• and
• transmitting guidance parking frame information indicating the identified guidance parking frame to a user terminal used by the user.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a program for causing a computer to execute a process, wherein

• the computer guides a user, who wishes to use a parking lot having a plurality of parking frames available for parking a vehicle, to a parking frame identified from among the plurality of parking frames, and
• the process comprises:
• acquiring destination information indicating a destination of the user;
• referring to a storage that stores parking frame information indicating an evaluation value of each parking frame for each destination, and identifying a guidance parking frame, which is a parking frame whose evaluation value corresponding to the destination of the user satisfies a predetermined condition, from among the plurality of parking frames based on the acquired destination information;
• and
• transmitting guidance parking frame information indicating the identified guidance parking frame to a user terminal used by the user.
