System

A system comprising:

• circuitry configured to:
• receive, via an encrypted communication path coupled to a packet-switched network, character information from a terminal apparatus representing entity attribute data and intention data;
• apply a natural language processing algorithm to the character information to extract structured information including category identifiers, entity identifiers, and quantity values;
• construct a parameterized instruction sequence based on the structured information and historical interaction data stored in a storage medium, and provide the parameterized instruction sequence to a generative neural network model having a transformer-based architecture including a plurality of self-attention layers to generate analysis response data;
• generate guidance data and a procedure plan data structure based on the analysis response data;
• select a format template based on the category identifiers, populate the format template with field values from the structured information and the analysis response data to generate structured document data;
• and
• transmit the structured document data and the guidance data to the terminal apparatus via the encrypted communication path.

A method performed by circuitry, the method comprising:

• receiving character information from a terminal apparatus via an encrypted communication path, the character information representing entity attribute data and intention data input via a communication interface;
• converting the character information into structured information by applying a natural language processing algorithm to extract at least one of a category identifier, a beneficiary entity identifier, a location identifier, a quantity value, and an evaluation value;
• constructing a parameterized instruction sequence including the structured information and the character information, and providing the parameterized instruction sequence to a generative neural network model to cause the generative neural network model to generate analysis response data;
• generating guidance data based on the analysis response data;
• and
• generating structured document data by arranging the structured information and the analysis response data into a predetermined document format, and transmitting the structured document data to the terminal apparatus via the encrypted communication path.
