System

A system comprising:

• circuitry configured to:
• receive, via a communication interface coupled to a packet-switched network, from a terminal device, input data indicating technical content;
• perform normalization of terms and extraction of characteristic terms from the input data, add synonyms and related terms, and generate structured search information;
• transmit search requests to a first information storage apparatus and a second information storage apparatus via the packet-switched network based on the structured search information, and acquire right information from the first information storage apparatus and case information from the second information storage apparatus;
• perform an embedding process to convert the input data and the acquired right information into numerical vector information, calculate a similarity, and extract a candidate set based on the similarity;
• generate a prompt sentence including the technical content and the candidate set for input to a generative neural network model;
• input the prompt sentence to the generative neural network model to acquire analysis result data;
• convert similarity information and risk level information in the analysis result data into numerical information and calculate a risk evaluation value;
• generate evaluation result data comprising the risk evaluation value, ranked items of the right information, and reason explanation information;
• and
• transmit the evaluation result data to the terminal device via the communication interface.

A method performed by circuitry, the method comprising:

• receiving, via a communication interface coupled to a packet-switched network, from a terminal device, input data indicating technical content;
• performing normalization of terms and extraction of characteristic terms from the input data to generate a search query;
• transmitting, via the communication interface, search requests to a plurality of information storage apparatuses based on the search query, and acquiring recorded data from the plurality of information storage apparatuses;
• generating a prompt sentence including the technical content and the recorded data for input to a generative neural network model;
• inputting the prompt sentence to the generative neural network model to acquire analysis result data concerning a correspondence relationship between the technical content and the recorded data;
• and
• transmitting evaluation result data generated based on the analysis result data to the terminal device via the communication interface for presentation on the terminal device.
