Abstract
Systems and methods for generating dynamic reward workflows based on determined tenant behaviors are described and contemplated herein. The method comprises providing a resident interface configured to receive tenant data. The method further comprises determining a tenant behavior based on the tenant data and generating a reward workflow based on the tenant behavior. A reward can be provided based on a determination that a task associated with the workflow is complete. By incorporating insights based on tenant and property data into reward workflows, embodiments address the need for predictive and customized reward workflows that maximize resource allocation for tenant retention.
Claims19
A system for property management, the system comprising:
- a components database configured to store a plurality of reward workflow components;
- a property management platform comprising a memory and at least one processor, wherein the property management platform is configured to:
- aggregate market data from at least one external data source and unify the market data into a unified dataset;
- receive an indication to activate a reward workflow via a property management interface, the property management interface generated for a property manager computing device communicatively coupled over at least one network with the property management platform, wherein the reward workflow includes an action and a cash back reward, and wherein the reward workflow is based on at least one of the plurality of reward workflow components corresponding to at least one database object in the components database and the unified dataset;
- activate the reward workflow based on the indication;
- obtain renter behavior data for a renter user indicating the action was performed;
- dynamically associate the renter user with the reward workflow in the memory, thereby providing access, according to a renter user access control, to the reward workflow to the renter user on the property management platform;
- and
- grant, based on the reward workflow being active and the renter behavior data, the cash back reward via a resident interface, the resident interface generated for a renter computing device associated with the renter user communicatively coupled over the at least one network with the property management platform.
A system for managing properties, the system comprising:
- a components database configured to store a plurality of reward workflow components;
- a property management platform comprising a memory and at least one processor configured to implement:
- an interface engine configured to:
- aggregate market data from at least one external data source and unify the market data into a unified dataset,
- provide a reward interface on a networked tenant computing device communicatively coupled over at least one network with the property management platform, the reward interface configured to receive tenant data and task completion data, and
- receive, via the reward interface, tenant data from a tenant user operating the networked tenant computing device;
- a reward engine configured to:
- generate a reward workflow, wherein the reward workflow is associated with a task and a reward, and wherein the reward workflow is based on at least one of the plurality of reward workflow components corresponding to at least one database object in the components database, the unified dataset, and the tenant data, and
- dynamically associate the tenant user with the reward workflow in the memory, thereby providing access, according to a tenant user access control, to the reward workflow to the tenant user on the property management platform;
- and
- a property engine configured to:
- receive, via the reward interface, task completion data associated with the reward workflow,
- determine that the task is complete based on a comparison of the task completion data to the task, and
- send, based on the determination that the task is complete, the reward via the resident interface.
A computer-implemented method executed on at least one processor, the method comprising:
- storing a plurality of reward workflow components in a components database;
- aggregating, at a server, market data from at least one external data source and unify the market data into a unified dataset;
- providing, to a user computing device, a resident interface configured to receive tenant data and task completion data, the resident interface generated for the user computing device communicatively coupled over at least one network with the server;
- receiving, at the server from the user computing device, via the resident interface, tenant data;
- determining, at the server, a tenant behavior based on the tenant data;
- generating, at the server, a reward workflow, wherein the reward workflow is associated with a task and a reward, wherein the reward workflow is based on at least one of the plurality of reward workflow components corresponding to at least one database object in the components database and the unified dataset;
- dynamically associating the user with the reward workflow in memory, thereby providing access, according to a user access control, to the reward workflow to the user on the server;
- receiving, at the user computing device, via the resident interface, task completion data associated with the reward workflow;
- determining, at the server, that the task is complete based on a comparison of the task completion data to the task;
- and
- sending, from the server to the user computing device, based on the determination that the task is complete, the reward via the resident interface.
