Item information providing system, item information providing method, and non-transitory computer-readable medium for providing item information

An item information providing method comprising:

• acquiring information on a behavior of a customer at a first location and first customer specifying information capable of identifying the customer;
• specifying an item in which the customer is interested, based on the behavior of the customer acquired in the acquiring;
• acquiring second customer specifying information of a customer being at a second location;
• and
• perform, when the first customer specifying information and the second customer specifying information match each other as a result of collation therebetween, control to display, on a display apparatus, information on the item in which the customer is interested.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions that, when executed by a computer, cause the computer to execute:

• acquiring information on a behavior of a customer at a first location and first customer specifying information capable of identifying the customer;
• specifying an item in which the customer is interested, based on the behavior of the customer acquired in the acquiring;
• acquiring second customer specifying information of a customer being at a second location;
• and
• perform, when the first customer specifying information and the second customer specifying information match each other as a result of collation therebetween, control to display, on a display apparatus, information on the item in which the customer is interested.
