Abstract
A request for an interactive communication is received from a first user device of a first user, where the first user device is among one or more user devices and the first user is among one or more users. In response to the request, communication information associated with the interactive communication is obtained. A digital transcript is generated based on the communication information, where the digital transcript comprises the communication information. A web resource identifier that identifies the digital transcript is generated. The web resource identifier is sent to the user device(s).
Claims19
A computed-implemented method of managing interactive communication data, the method comprising:
- receiving a request for an interactive communication from a user device;
- obtaining communication information during the interactive communication via at least one automated prompt;
- converting the obtained communication information into a structured format;
- generating a digital transcript comprising the communication information, wherein the digital transcript is hosted on a web server;
- generating a web resource identifier that references the digital transcript;
- generating an image that includes a textual summary of the communication information;
- embedding information associated with the image into metadata associated with the digital transcript;
- and
- sending the web resource identifier to the user device, wherein the user device renders a visual preview of the web resource identifier based on the information associated with the image.
A system for generating dynamic transaction records, the system comprising:
- a memory;
- and
- a processor coupled with the memory and configured to:
- initiate an interactive communication session between a user device and a representative device;
- extract transaction data from the interactive communication session into a structured format;
- create a digital transcript based on the transaction data;
- generate a resource identifier that points to the digital transcript;
- include the resource identifier with metadata associated with the digital transcript, wherein the metadata includes information associated with an image having a summary of the transaction data;
- and
- transmit the resource identifier to the user device to be displayed as a link preview on the user device.
A computer-implemented method of generating dynamic transaction records, the method comprising:
- initiating an interactive communication session between a user device and a representative device;
- extracting transaction data from the interactive communication session into a structured format;
- creating a digital transcript based on the transaction data;
- generating a resource identifier that points to the digital transcript;
- including the resource identifier with metadata associated with the digital transcript, wherein the metadata includes information associated with an image having a summary of the transaction data;
- and
- transmitting the resource identifier to the user device to be displayed as a link preview on the user device.
