Abstract
A computer-implemented method for storing digital documents includes: encrypting a digital document; uploading the encrypted digital document to a primary storage system; identifying content in the encrypted digital document that satisfies a trigger condition; based on the trigger condition, sending a notification that the encrypted digital document is available over a data network to a plurality of external computing systems; and transmitting the encrypted digital document to the plurality of external computing systems.
Claims20
A computer-implemented method for storing digital documents, comprising:
- encrypting a digital document;
- uploading the encrypted digital document to a primary storage system;
- identifying content in the encrypted digital document that satisfies a trigger condition;
- based on the trigger condition, sending a notification that the encrypted digital document is available over a data network to a plurality of external computing systems;
- and
- transmitting the encrypted digital document to the plurality of external computing systems.
A computing system for storing digital documents, the system comprising:
- at least one processor;
- a communication interface communicatively coupled to the at least one processor;
- and
- a memory device storing executable code that, when executed, causes the at least one processor to:
- encrypt a digital document;
- upload the encrypted digital document to a primary storage system;
- deploy a trained AI program to scan the content of the encrypted document;
- Identifying content in the encrypted digital document that satisfies a trigger condition;
- based on the scan of the encrypted digital document, send a notification that the encrypted digital document is available over a data network to a plurality of computing systems;
- and
- transmit the encrypted document to the plurality of computing systems.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, the computer-readable storage medium including instructions that when executed by a processor, cause the processor to:
- encrypt a digital document;
- upload the encrypted digital document to a primary storage system;
- deploy a trained AI program to scan the content of the encrypted document;
- identify content in the encrypted digital document that satisfies a trigger condition;
- based on the scan of the encrypted digital document, send a notification that the encrypted digital document is available over a data network to a plurality of computing systems;
- and
- transmit the encrypted document to the plurality of computing systems.
