A system includes a processor that is configured to provide an interface for receiving input information from a user, analyze a communication application identifier or an information search tool identifier to complement necessary information, and generate and input a prompt for instructing a generative artificial intelligence model to generate a response.

A system comprising:
- circuitry configured to
- receive, via a communication interface coupled to a packet-switched network, input data and identifier information from a terminal device,
- extract, based on the identifier information, complementary data comprising attribute information and history information from a storage device,
- apply a natural language processing algorithm to the input data and the complementary data to generate structured data,
- construct a prompt sentence for a generative neural network model based on the structured data, and input the prompt sentence to the generative neural network model to generate response data,
- execute post-processing on the response data comprising format unification, language adjustment, and content filtering to generate output data, and
- transmit the output data to the terminal device for display via a graphical user interface.
