Abstract
A system includes a processor that is configured to receive information from a user and analyze content of the information by using a generative AI model to extract key points, summarize the extracted key points by using a natural language processing technique based on a prompt that instructs summarization of the key points, and store the summarized key points in a cloud storage in a format that is referable.

A system comprising:
- circuitry configured to:
- receive, via a communication interface coupled to a packet-switched network, communication information from a user terminal and store the communication information as record information in a storage device;
- analyze text information included in the record information using a generative AI model and a natural language processing algorithm, and extract summary information comprising key points including at least date information, actor information, deadline information, and action information;
- aggregate the extracted summary information into reference information in a structured data format by performing classification processing, duplicate-elimination processing, and format-adjustment processing on the summary information based on a prompt sentence supplied to the generative AI model;
- store the reference information as an electronic file in a network-based storage area and associate identification information and reference location information corresponding to the electronic file in the storage device;
- and
- generate browsing screen information that enables the user to view the reference information based on the identification information and the reference location information, and transmit the browsing screen information to the user terminal via the communication interface.
