Abstract
A system includes a processor that is configured to receive input information from a user, and generate a prompt sentence for instructing a generative AI model to generate a mountaineering plan based on the input information, input the generated prompt sentence into the generative AI model and cause the generative AI model to generate the mountaineering plan, and automatically generate a written plan based on the generated mountaineering plan and submit the written plan to an emergency agency.

A system comprising:
- circuitry configured to:
- receive, via a communication interface coupled to a packet-switched network, input data comprising destination data, skill data, activity style data, and condition data from a terminal device, and generate base data by associating the input data with geographical data and route data stored in a storage device;
- generate instruction sentence data as a prompt sentence for instructing a generative neural network model to generate activity plan data, based on the input data, the geographical data, and the route data, and transmit the instruction sentence data to the generative neural network model via the communication interface to obtain the activity plan data comprising route information, time information, equipment information, and caution information;
- extract region identification information based on the activity plan data, acquire contact information and facility information corresponding to the region identification information from the storage device or from an external information providing apparatus via the communication interface, and add the contact information and the facility information to the activity plan data;
- receive change instructions regarding the route information and the time information from the terminal device via the communication interface, regenerate the instruction sentence data based on the change instructions, and input the regenerated instruction sentence data to the generative neural network model to obtain updated activity plan data;
- generate plan document data in a predetermined format based on at least one of the activity plan data and the updated activity plan data and on the contact information and the facility information, and transmit the plan document data as an electronic document to a destination organization via the communication interface;
- and
- store the activity plan data and the updated activity plan data in the storage device in association with identification information, and provide the activity plan data to the terminal device in response to a request received via the communication interface.

- convert the base data into character string data, generate instruction sentence data as a prompt sentence based on the input data, the geographical data, and the route data, and transmit the instruction sentence data to a generative neural network model via the communication interface to obtain activity plan data comprising route information, time information, equipment information, and caution information;
- extract region identification information from the activity plan data, query the storage device and an external information providing apparatus via the communication interface to acquire contact information and facility information corresponding to the region identification information, and add the contact information and the facility information to the activity plan data;
- receive change instructions regarding the route information and the time information from the terminal device, regenerate the instruction sentence data based on the change instructions, input the regenerated instruction sentence data to the generative neural network model to obtain updated activity plan data, and store the activity plan data and the updated activity plan data in the storage device in association with identification information;
- generate plan document data in a predetermined format based on at least one of the activity plan data and the updated activity plan data and on the contact information and the facility information, transmit the plan document data as an electronic document to a destination organization via the communication interface, and store a transmission result as management information in the storage device;
- and
- accumulate position information received from the terminal device in time series, generate travel history data by comparing the route information included in the activity plan data with the accumulated position information, and store the travel history data in the storage device in association with the plan document data.

- generating plan document data in a predetermined format based on at least one of the activity plan data and the updated activity plan data and on the contact information and the facility information, and transmitting the plan document data as an electronic document to a destination organization via the communication interface;
- and
- storing the activity plan data and the updated activity plan data in the storage device in association with identification information, and providing the activity plan data to the terminal device in response to a request received via the communication interface.
