An automated policy-intervention platform configured to transform policy deltas into machine-executed controls. The system ingests first and second versions of a policy document, compares them via a delta-detection engine to produce a delta object, and may assign a risk-weight. A mapping engine links the delta to affected targets and outputs a context vector describing operational impact. A reflex logic core executed by a large-language-model inference service uses the delta object and context vector to specify a remedial control action, its triggering condition, and an authorized actor, while suppressing execution when a computed reflex score is below a threshold. An orchestration module programmatically executes the remedial control action on the affected targets and, upon failure, triggers a fallback action. All artifacts, including delta object, context vector, remedial or fallback actions, and reasoning trace, are immutably recorded in an audit ledger, and an interface renders a reflex graph for transparent compliance oversight.
