Information processing system and method and non-transitory computer readable medium

An information processing method comprising:

• generating, based on print data used for at least generating a printed material and information on a light source used for observing the printed material, a video representing changes in orientation of the printed material when the printed material is observed in a specific direction;
• and
• outputting the video as a file,
• wherein the video includes an image of the printed material positioned in an orientation in which a maximum luminance value or a value in a vicinity thereof of light, which is emitted from the light source and is reflected by the printed material, is observed in a region where gloss appears in the printed material.

A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a program causing a computer to execute a process comprising:

• generating, based on print data used for at least generating a printed material and information on a light source used for observing the printed material, a video representing changes in orientation of the printed material when the printed material is observed in a specific direction;
• and
• outputting the video as a file,
• wherein the video includes an image of the printed material positioned in an orientation in which a maximum luminance value or a value in a vicinity thereof of light, which is emitted from the light source and is reflected by the printed material, is observed in a region where gloss appears in the printed material.
