A data processing device, comprising:

• a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the computer program, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to:
• display, on a first page, a media resource object and a recommendation adjustment control corresponding to the media resource object, wherein the media resource object is used for reflecting a recommended content type, and the media resource object comprises an image or a video segment belonging to the recommended content type;
• and
• determine, in response to a trigger operation on the recommendation adjustment control corresponding to a first target media resource object, a recommendation adjustment manner for the recommended content type reflected by the first target media resource object, wherein the recommendation adjustment manner is used for adjusting a recommendation amount for media content of the recommended content type.
