According to one embodiment, in a semiconductor integrated circuit, a first transistor has a base connected to an output node. A second transistor has a base connected to the output node, whose size is different from the first transistor. A first resistance element is connected between an emitter of the first transistor and an emitter of the second transistor. A second resistance element is connected between the emitter of the second transistor and a reference node. A first compensation circuit extracts a first current from a first node between the emitter of the first transistor and the first resistance element, the first current being equivalent to a base current of the first transistor. A second compensation circuit extracts a second current from a second node between the emitter of the second transistor and the second resistance element, the second current being equivalent to a base current of the second transistor.
