Abstract
An exterior member includes a round plate member and a resins member. The resin member covers the front surface and the back surface of the plate member and is integrated with the plate member. On one surface side of the resin member, a screw part is formed that projects in one side of thickness directions of the plate member and that corresponds to an attachment target to which the exterior member is to be attached.

An exterior member comprising:
- a round plate member;
- and
- a resin member that covers a front surface and a back surface of the plate member and that is integrated with the plate member,
- wherein on one surface side of the resin member, a screw part is formed that projects in one side of thickness directions of the plate member and that corresponds to an attachment target to which the exterior member is to be attached.

A timepiece comprising an exterior member used as a back cover, wherein:
- the exterior cover includes a round plate member and a resin member that covers a front surface and a back surface of the plate member and that is integrated with the plate member, and
- on one surface side of the resin member, a screw part is formed that projects in one side of thickness directions of the plate member and that corresponds to an attachment target to which the exterior member is to be attached.
