Abstract

Disclosed is an actuator for a camera, which includes a first frame configured to move in a plane direction perpendicular to an optical axis; at least one first magnet installed in the first frame; at least one second magnet installed in the first frame so as to be perpendicular to the at least one first magnet; a second frame configured to support a movement of the first frame; a plurality of first hall sensors arranged to face the at least one first magnet at different positions; and a first yoke made of magnetic material and installed in the second frame so as to face the at least one first magnet. In this case, the first yoke includes first and second parts spaced apart along a longitudinal direction of the at least one first magnet and having the same size.
