A method and system for detecting global navigation satellite system (GNSS) spoofing signals using multiple antennas operating in a shared frequency band. For each of a plurality of pseudo-random codes pertaining to a plurality of satellites, a code phase difference value is calculated between phase-adjusted correlations of the pseudo-random code with intermediate frequency signals converted from radio frequency signals received by a first antenna and a second antenna. Clusters of code phase difference values are determined, wherein differences between values in a same cluster are below a predetermined threshold. A spoofing signal is identified responsive to determining that the clusters comprise at least a predetermined number of code phase difference values or exceed a predetermined number of clusters. Optionally, machine learning models are applied to extracted signal features to classify and count spoofing sources. A consensus method using three or more antennas computes a spoofing probability.
