Abstract
A depth sensor performance prediction device is provided to include an estimator configured to estimate, based on input parameters, an error of depth values and generate a noise term corresponding to the error, and a predictor configured to receive the noise term from the estimator and predict a depth precision based on the noise term.

A depth sensor performance prediction device, comprising:
- an estimator configured to estimate, based on input parameters, an error of depth values and generate a noise term corresponding to the error;
- and
- a predictor configured to receive the noise term from the estimator and predict a depth precision based on the noise term.
An operating method of a depth sensor performance prediction device, the operating method comprising:
- setting input parameters;
- estimating, based on the input parameters, an error of depth values;
- generating a noise term corresponding to the error;
- and
- predicting a depth precision based on the noise term.
