An RF testing equipment, an RF testing system, or a calibration method for an radio frequency (RF) transmission characteristic is suitable for over-the-air (OTA) test environment. The RF testing equipment includes an RF signal generator, a primary channel, a measurement channel, and a receiver. The RF signal generator provides a test signal in the millimeter-wave frequency band. The primary channel, electrically connected to the RF signal generator, transmits the test signal to a device under test (DUT). The measurement channel senses an RF signal radiated by the DUT.
