Abstract
Each time the traveling speed of a vehicle is acquired during a vehicle performance test, a previous acceleration as an acceleration of the vehicle at a time point of acquiring a previously acquired speed is calculated based on a speed from two measurements earlier and a currently acquired speed. A reference value is the product of the previously acquired speed and the previous acceleration. A calculated value is obtained based on the reference value. After an end of the vehicle performance test, processing circuitry determines whether a manner in which the vehicle performance test is conducted satisfies a performance condition based on the calculated value.
Claims11
A data acquisition device mounted on a vehicle, comprising:
- processing circuitry;
- and
- a storage device, wherein
- the processing circuitry is configured to perform acquiring a traveling speed of the vehicle multiple times to acquire a currently acquired speed, a previously acquired speed, and a speed from two measurements earlier,
- the processing circuitry is configured to perform, each time the traveling speed is acquired during a vehicle performance test of the vehicle:
- calculating, based on the speed from two measurements earlier and the currently acquired speed, a previous acceleration as an acceleration of the vehicle at a time point of acquiring the previously acquired speed;
- calculating a reference value that is a product of the previously acquired speed and the previous acceleration;
- and
- updating a calculated value stored in the storage device, the calculated value being calculated based on the reference value, and
- the processing circuitry is configured to perform, after an end of the vehicle performance test, determining whether a manner in which the vehicle performance test is conducted satisfies a performance condition based on the calculated value.
A data acquisition method, comprising:
- acquiring, by processing circuitry mounted on a vehicle, a traveling speed of the vehicle multiple times to acquire a currently acquired speed, a previously acquired speed, and a speed acquired two measurements earlier,
- wherein the method further comprises, each time the traveling speed is acquired during a vehicle performance test of the vehicle:
- calculating, based on the speed from two measurements earlier and the currently acquired speed, a previous acceleration as an acceleration of the vehicle at a time point of acquiring the previously acquired speed;
- calculating a reference value that is a product of the previously acquired speed and the previous acceleration;
- and
- updating a calculated value stored in a storage device, the calculated value being calculated based on the reference value, and
- the method further comprises, after an end of the vehicle performance test, determining whether a manner in which the vehicle performance test is conducted satisfies a performance condition based on the calculated value.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium that stores a program code for causing processing circuitry mounted on a vehicle to execute a data acquisition process, wherein
- the data acquisition process performs
- acquiring a traveling speed of the vehicle multiple times to acquire a currently acquired speed, a previously acquired speed, and a speed from two measurements earlier,
- the data acquisition process performs, each time the traveling speed is acquired during a vehicle performance test of the vehicle:
- calculating, based on the speed from two measurements earlier and the currently acquired speed, a previous acceleration as an acceleration of the vehicle at a time point of acquiring the previously acquired speed;
- calculating a reference value that is a product of the previously acquired speed and the previous acceleration;
- and
- updating a calculated value stored in a storage device, the calculated value being calculated based on the reference value, and
- the data acquisition process performs
- determining, after an end of the vehicle performance test, whether a manner in which the vehicle performance test is conducted satisfies a performance condition based on the calculated value.
