Abstract
Provided is an analysis method for chelate. The analysis method comprises (S10) preparing a sample by mixing an analysis target material containing a chelate and a solvent, (S20) filling an interior of an open-ended capillary with a buffer running solution, (S30) injecting the sample such that the sample is concentrated in the interior of the open-ended capillary by using field amplified sample injection, and (S40) separating and detecting the chelate comprised in the sample concentrated in the interior of the open-ended capillary by using capillary electrophoresis.

An analysis method for chelate comprising:
- (S10) preparing a sample by mixing an analysis target material containing a chelate and a solvent;
- (S20) filling an interior of an open-ended capillary with a buffer running solution;
- (S30) injecting the sample such that the sample is concentrated in the interior of the open-ended capillary by using field amplified sample injection;
- and
- (S40) separating and detecting the chelate comprised in the sample concentrated in the interior of the open-ended capillary by using capillary electrophoresis.
The analysis method of wherein (S40) comprises:
- (S41) separating the chelate comprised in the sample concentrated in the interior of the open-ended capillary by applying a voltage to opposite distal ends of the open-ended capillary;
- and
- (S42) detecting the separated chelate.
