Abstract
According to one embodiment, a determination system includes a data acquisition part and a determination part. The data acquisition part is configured to acquire position data and load data from a press machine, the position data being related to a position of a die assembly, the load data being related to a load applied to the die assembly. The press machine is configured to move the die assembly including a working part to work a workpiece by pressing the working part onto the workpiece. The determination part is configured to determine a state of the working part based on the acquired position data and the acquired load data.
Claims12
A determination system, comprising:
- a data acquisition part configured to acquire position data and load data from a press machine configured to move a die assembly including a working part to work a workpiece by pressing the working part onto the workpiece, the position data being related to a position of the die assembly, the load data being related to a load applied to the die assembly;
- and
- a determination part configured to determine a state of the working part based on the acquired position data and the acquired load data.
A determination method, comprising causing a computer to:
- acquire position data and load data from a press machine configured to move a die assembly including a working part to work a workpiece by pressing the working part onto the workpiece, the position data being related to a position of the die assembly, the load data being related to a load applied to the die assembly;
- and
- determine a state of the working part based on the acquired position data and the acquired load data.
