An infrared ear temperature measuring device includes a handle body, a measuring probe, an infrared sensing assembly including a heating element, a temperature-sensing element, a thermopile element, and a processor. The temperature-sensing element detects a temperature of the measuring probe to obtain an initial temperature measurement value and monitored temperature measurement values, the heating element heats the measuring probe, and the thermopile element detects a human body temperature; and the processor has a control unit electrically connected to the infrared sensing assembly. When the initial temperature measurement value is less than or equal to X, the control unit drives the heating element using two heating pulse-width modulation (PWM) signals having different duty cycles, and dynamically controls the heating element based on the monitored temperature measurement values.
